Most of it is already in your hands. Astro Dienst has no accounts and stores players on the device that's playing. Removing them in the app, or uninstalling the app, deletes that data immediately — no request needed and no waiting.
01Delete it yourself, in the app
Open Profile.
Under Data, tap Remove all players to delete every player, their charts, their stories and any conversations — or
Tap Delete all my data to wipe everything the app holds and return it to its first-launch state.
Uninstalling the app has the same effect for on-device data.
02Ask us to delete anything held on our side
To request deletion of any data associated with your use of the Service:
In the message, include anything that helps us locate records — the approximate dates you used the app, and your device platform. Because the app has no accounts, we may have very little to find.
You will receive confirmation within 5 business days.
03What gets deleted
On your device: every player's name, sex, date, time and place of birth; their calculated charts; the generated stories; game results; and all conversations with the astrologer.
On our side: any diagnostic records and abuse-prevention counters associated with your device, to the extent they can be identified.
04What may be retained
Aggregated or anonymised records that can no longer be linked to you or your device, kept for service reliability and abuse prevention.
Records we are legally required to keep, for as long as the obligation lasts, after which they are deleted.
05Someone else entered your details
If another person added you as a player, your birth details are stored on their device, not ours and not yours. Ask them to remove you using the steps in section 1. If you believe we hold data about you, write to us and we will check and act on it.
